This entire project was the true HGTV experience. After the owners decided that they wanted to be completely surprised with the final design, the Miya Interiors team took on a complete ground-up construction process. Our team worked on the floor plans, the exterior and interior material selections of the house. We then provided the flooring, lighting, furniture, and every interior design piece for the project. If you ask us what was the best part? It would have to be the final reveal.

Challenge
The biggest challenge we had to overcome was that the clients were really busy business owners. They had limited time and wanted a design team that could execute their vision in a timely way. After understanding the vision and the construction process, our team was able to make our meetings productive enough to get this done. With them on our side, we were able to take care of the rest.

Deliverables
Throughout the project, our design team had to handle every inch of the house. Since the final design was left up to use everything from the home’s layout to the flooring and lighting was decided by our team of interior designers. In fact, we picked out every piece of furniture, accessories, and art pieces along with it.
